Connecting to home Wi-Fi issue

[AC Question]

I have the Galaxy S6, usually my phone connects to my house automatically when I get home from work. Today, it would not fully connect, when I tried to reconnect it, the message "Url not found: /generate_204" would appear. Any way I can fix it? I've restarted the router, completely erased the connection, restarted my phone, and reconnected to the proper router. Nothing I do seems to work. My laptop has issues connecting as well but not my desktop(connects fine through ethernet cable). Has to be coming from a wireless issue.
