AC Question

My AT&T router does not allow for multiple layers of securityin fact it has forced me to choose only 1 form (it used to let me put all of them into use, but now does not-odd, eh?). I told by tech. support at HP that my computer had been hacked. I'm worried that this may also be the case with my phone. Can the list of trusted credentials be a clue? I have a slew of so called trusted credentials that I'm not sure are actually trust worthy. Following are a few examples some seem shady just by the name: AS Sertifitseerimiskeskus - EE Certification Centre Root CA; AS Sertifitseerimiskeskus - Juur-SK; Atos - Atos TrustedRoot2011; Autoridad de Certificacion Firmaprofesional CIF A6234068; Baltimore- Baltimore CyberTrustRoot; BuypassAS-983163327 - Buypass Class 2 CA1; Buypass AS983163327 - Buypass Class 3 CA1; this is followed by Buypass classes Root class3 CA1, Root class2 CA etc then is Certinomis - Autorite Racine; certSIGN - certSIGN ROOT CA; China Internet Network Information Center - China Internet Network Information Center EV Certificates Root; CNNIC- Cnnic Root; Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. ePKI Root Certification Authority then come the normal ones. . . I think these are bad anyone have any feed back?
