Down load update

[AC Question]

I received a message to update my phone by downloading from wifi. How do you do that plug the phone to my computer? There is no cable for that. I 'am on dsl which has a hot spot but I can't find instruction.

If you're on DSL you have a router. Does it have wifi? If not, try your carrier - they have wifi in their stores, and some of them will connect you long enough to update the phone. If not, ask them if they can just update it for you. (Some of them have the update file on their computers - I know AT&T does.)
