Nexus 5X - Android 7 wants to install over and over

[AC Question]

I just received my phone last week. After the Android 7 update install I verified that the phone successfully installed looking at the "about" section of the system file. But, I getvanother notification that Android 7 downloaded and ready to install after reboot of phone. So, I went ahead and did it. Thinking the notification wouod go away. Nope, there it is again at top of my screen wanting to installand reboot.
