What can you do to move things out of misc files in the storage settings??

I was moveing files from internal storage to sa card music files that is..when i moved them to the sd card i went back to were all my music playlitos are and almost half of them were gone..so i went back to file manger and and switched them back to internal storage and now i found them in the storage file under misc...i have not deleted any thing from misc but how do i move them out of there with out loseing any of my songs..i do not have all the apps down loaded to my phone still i only have the recent apps now..ive had these songs for quit some time now and they are very hard to get...could someone please help me...
