[AC Question]

I mistyped my password i guess when they asked for my fingerprint, but i turned my phone off, and i just turned it back on, and now i can't get in without the pin! i could get in with my fingerprint but now it's only asking for my pin and i cant use my fingerprint anymore. how do i get back through my phone to change it? Or better yet, how can i find out my pin?

Welcome to the forums. Samsung may be able to help with your password recovery. You can also try Android Device Manager as well.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that you forgot your backup PIN? Or that when you created it, you mistyped it twice the same way (since it asks you to confirm the PIN that you create), and can't remember how you mistyped it?
