How to get rid of spam - us.nn8atgic.pw?

[AC Question]

I keep getting a virus warning on my S6 saying that I need to go to us.nn8atgic.pw and download Avira 2016 because my phone is 28.1% infected. How do I stop this from coming up? It's only started tonight but has done it a handful of times already.
