I am trying to use an MXQ Pro box. Ver 6.0.1. Kernal 3.14.29 and the DNS settings are required by Overplay smart DNS. It is ok on my phone and on a Google tv box. On the MXQ, when I click on "Static IP" the save button goes to "not highlighted" therefore I cannot save the settings. Is there a cure for this please

Unless you're a network tech, you shouldn't be playing with static IPs. The IP has to be a proper one for the settings in your router and, if you knew them, you wouldn't be asking the question - so just choose the network and accept the IP address it gets. If you need to know it, connect to your router with your PC and look - routers show what's connected, and what IP address was assigned to each.

(The DNS settings are the same for all devices connected to that router, so get them from the router itself. Or stop using Overplay and either use your ISP's DNS server [which you don't have to set anything for] or use OpenDNS - it's free.)
