why wont my phone work

so I recently did a phone update to my galaxy note 5 and when it was finishing up it tried rebooting the phone it instantly after showing the note 5 screen goes to a blue screen with the android guy and then reboots I tried everything hard resetting it putting it into safe mode the only thing it will do now is turn off or keep rebooting

You could try plugging it into a PC with SmartSwitch and use Emergency Firmware Recovery.
