    Hi, I'm new to this.

I really need help, about a month ago my phone starting switching off by itself, I noticed it either switched off/Restarded when I did not place it down too gently or when i placed it in my pocket.

I contacted Hisense for a new battery but I'm still waiting for the battery although I'm starting think that it's not the battery causing the issue a week after the problem started a new one arised, my wifi did not want to turn on at all.

I then did a factory reset and reinstalled my apps a day after that the problem still occured, another week and my apps did not want to open or work.

Now today the phone does not even read my sim card.

    Please help?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? You're right, it sounds like more than just the battery. The motherboard itself might be failing. Is the phone still under warranty?

Thank you, I have the Hisense infinity prime had it for 2 years now so it's not under warranty anymore
How could I check if it is the motherboard? or is it too risky?
