My Samsung Galaxy 7 has been hacked

Hi guys ive had an external authority put things in my phone that takes control over everything. Even after a factory reset the same thing starts again. Mainly password stealing. Sending me to false pages and generally bum stearing me through the web. I seem to only get partical visual on my accounts. A lot of it is kept from me.
Please someone help me. All the stack stuff? Log tomes, email redirection seems to be coming from my husbands device's and accounts. He swears he is not the instigator. I need some help before this ends my marriage.

Dear #Guest can you post a screenshot to desire problem so i think some one can help you out.or may be you need to flash your phone with a stock rom
