Maps won't run without google play services,which are not supported by your device!

I am using map API in my android project. I have already installed google play services in SDK manager. I have full upto date google play services in SDK manager. I am suffering from this problem since last week. Kindly help me out what to do.
I have tried both the android emulator and genymotion emulator but still i am having this issue.
