My phone doesnt have mobile hotspot

I just bought i Samsung Galaxy grand prime and it doesn't how a tethring and mobile hotspot option in the setting i tried to factory reset it that didn't work my plan carrier is Straight Talk plz help me fix this

Thats typical of US phones. You can only get hotspot at an additional payment to your carrier.

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think Straight Talk allows tethering -- they want you to buy one of their mobile hotspots. See their Terms and Conditions:

"STRAIGHT TALK UNLIMITED PLANS CANNOT BE USED FOR: ANY APPLICATIONS THAT TETHER YOUR DEVICE TO A LAPTOP OR PERSONAL COMPUTER OTHER THAN FOR THE USE OF WIRELESS SYNC."
