Data Usage settings screen crash with SIM card on phone

[AC Question]

I got an Idol 4 (Marshmallow), where I'm having a crash whenever I try to go to data usage if I have a simcard on the phone.

It works nicely when I don't have a simcard, and I can check wifi's data usage screen. But, as soon as I get a simcard on it, going to the data usage option (either from wifi or mobile data) will crash.

I've tried cleaning app data and app cache, and cleaning the cache partition, but no luck.

Any idea on what might be wrong or what else can I do?
