PRIV - viewing png (cell to laptop)

On the Priv, when I try to view png (from screenshots or snapchat ect.) on my laptop (so .. phone to laptop), I can't view them in Explorer by quick preview.

I have to open each one.

If I make png with a web program, I can see them. But not from the phone.

Any idea how to fix that?

I can't seem to post images on Ask A Question so there is an image from the web

(P.S. default programs ARE set up. I can see png's. Just not from cell to computer)

Have you tried renaming it to be a .jpg file?
