So the first time this happend was overnight when I was recharging, when I woke up the phone was stuck on the first screen "Samsung Galaxy S7" and at the bottom "powered by android". a blue light was flashing at the top. I did a few resets (power and volume down button) and it restarted. Now I did exactly the same exept and it doesn't work.
I tried to reset over 30 times by now, put it in the charger for 20 minutes (3 times now) can't see the battery life either its just an empty battery the whole time (first time it showed me suddenly it was recharging and was at 84%, but not anymore now)
Nothing is wrong with the cable (2 weeks old and works on other phone).
No other resets work (no hard reset,safe mode, recovery mode,...)
5 min ago it went finaly to the "Samsung" screen but before all the letters appeared it went back to the previous screen.
I haven't made a backup since I don't have the phone long so I can't lose the data either.
