Lollipop installed on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and has taken away some functions especially removing the "Home" and "Menu" selections on bottom of screen. Will Samsung or the powers that be release a fix for this and if so has there been a projected date. As it stands I am on the verge of rolling my phone back to Kitkat just for stability purposes.

Welcome to Android Central! No, there is no fix for this, because that was one of the ways Android evolved. There is no Menu button, because you're supposed to use the overflow menu buttons (the 3 vertical dot icons) or the nav drawer menu buttons (3 horizontal lines).
