why does my samsung s7 edge does not recognize my password?

i was planning to insert my other sim card so i shut down my phone and remove its battery, after i inserted the other sim, i restarted it. but the problem is, it says that "please enter the privacy protection password" but as far as i know, i already disabled it, i tried the passwords i've used but it did't recognize any of it. so what should i have to do?
