I have a voicemail notification when I drag down from the top. This notification does now show anywhere else, just when I drag down. The problem is this 'voicemail notification' will automatically dial a number when I touch it. I will not dial unknown numbers. I am unable to clear this notification since it does not show up under the phone app or visual voicemail app. Even if I tap on it and start to dial the number then end the call, it still is there. Any suggestions? I am on ATT with Galaxy S5, android v. 6.0.1.

If you are that paranoid that you will not dial the voicemail number to listen to the message and delete it, then you are stuck with it
