why does my android phone freez all the time and it is just 4 months new?

I just bought it in august and it freezes so the time no matter what you are doing.

Welcome to Android Central! It's impossible to say without any further details. Which phone? Did this start after installing a certain app? Does it happen in Safe Mode as well? Have you tried wiping the cache partition?
