Samsung Note 2 stuck at "Samsung Galaxy Note II" logo.

My phone could not be turned on anymore few days ago. I figured that may be a battery problem and I got a new one. My phone was stuck at "Samsung Galaxy Note II". I removed the battery and tried to use Menu button, volume button and power button.

What came up was a "Warning" page which asks if I want to download a custom OS. I pressed reboot and my phone was stuck at "Samsung Galaxy II" screen again. I didn't try to download a custom OS because I didn't back up and I really want my document back. What can I do to get back my document? Thank you very much!

Welcome to the forums. Samsung used to have a PC program called Kies that can possibly restore the OS. I am not sure if it will delete any data as it does this, though. I do know ways to get the device back up and running, however, those methods will wipe the device.
