Purchased new phone..levels don't transfer.

I'm at level 2010..had to purchase a new phone, levels won't transfer. Is there any way to get them to?

What app/game? Some apps support Google Play Games and also backup through Google Drive, both should allow progress and saves to transfer to new devices if the backup is allowed to happen.
