Sony Xperia XZ - FRP Problem

[AC Question]

We have a Sony Xperia XZ that has been handed back by an ex-employee that has been reset but has the FRP lock enabled.

We can't get hold of him to get this resolved. Is there any way we can get this removed or have we now got an expensive paperweight?
