i have an encrypted samsung note 3. After i tried on the feature "find my mobile - unlock my device", it successfully unlock the phone.
But unfortunately the phone become disallow me to change the screen lock type. I can see the message "Turned off by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage." I believe this was caused by the existing encryption. I tried all the method, clear cache, clear data of setting, uncheck all in device administrator, none of them worked.
It always show "Unfortunately, settings has stopped", when i'm in settings selection.
Can i just do a factory reset on encrypted note 3, will it cause any problem?
Some posts did mentioned it will stuck forever on screen of key in encryption password (and it will never pass due to the keys already been reset) while in process of formatting.
