    So I purchased an unlocked Moto Z Play from Amazon. I'm using T-mobile. It's been working great but one problem. I don't get reception at all in my office. So I call T-mobile to see about getting a "booster" and the tech support stated my phone doesn't support 700mhz, 2100mhz or band 12. He was rattling off some different numbers but he said he can pull up my exact device and see that it's not getting access to a specific frequency or band?? that would solve my issue. I'm just wanting to verify this before returning this phone and getting something that officially supports every frequency and band t-mobile has.

    My model number is the XT-1635-02 purchased from Amazon for use on T-mobile.
