I have an S4 that was stepped on and it basically broke the phone in half. Is there a company that provides a service to remove the hard drive chip on the motherboard and place it into a different phone? Or pull the information from the hard drive and save it to another format such as an SD card?

If you didn't back your stuff up, you can basically kiss that data goodbye. Even if you found someone to remove/replace/exchange the memory chips, the memory will most probably become corrupt in the process.... not to mention it'll cost an arm, and a leg, just for the attempt.
