I used to just cut and paste my m3u playlist files into the "music" folder on my phone's SD card. This no longer works with the current version of the app.
Google Play Music no longer shows the playlist. I have tried pasting the m3u files in the playlist folder also and that doesn't work either. The only playlists that show up are "last added" and "free and purchased".
I can see my m3u files on the SD card. The app used to create a separate pla file from my m3u files but now nothing happens.
I spoke with Google support on the phone and they had me clear out and disable the app and a bunch of other things but still the app does not recognize my m3u playlists.
Is this just how the app works now or is there something wrong?
