All programs we make to re programs the unit but nothing happen the problem is not fix please help me cause i really like this i dont like lose this unit just for this problem

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with belodion -- the battery might be failing. But there are other possibilities as well, like a rogue app, or possibly poor cell signal causing the phone to work overtime to latch onto the signal.

When the phone is heating up, check the battery stats and see if any one app is using an unusual percentage of battery.
