How do you fix gigaset qv830 stuck on loading screen?

[AC Question]

My gigaset 830 was frozen on the start screen and I was told to hard reset it, when I tried to clear all data it frozen after about 10 minutes I shut it off turned it back on now all it shows is the erasing screen. I can't connect to a computer or go back to the menu. I can't find a solution anywhere.
