Can i create internal storage space by enabling preinstalled apps?

When I go app manager and click on a certain pre-installed app that I don't need, so that I can create more internal storage space, enabling it does not seem to create more internal storage space for me. Why?

"Enable" means "turn it on" or "start it running" or "finish the install and start it".
All of those things will decrease your storage because the app is now running and downloading data in the background.

"Uninstall" is the option you are looking for. Unfortunately, the only way to uninstall the bloatware from your carrier is to first root your phone.
