Why is my internal storage keep decreasing ?

recently I updated my honor 4x from Android kitkat to Android marshmallow, but the problems starts after upgrade. I got few apps like wechat, fb, instagram and nothing else. from beginning I saw my internal storage is 2.99gb, but after about 20 minutes, it became 2.64gb. is that a virus or my software things getting mad? I've already clear all my cache and I didn't have LOST file, my phone didn't rooted, and I don't know what to do to solve this problem. cleanmaster already installed but still my problem didn't solved. and I already factory reset my phone twice, problem remain.
