Note 5 Unresponsive

[AC Question]

My Note 5 screen that covers the LCD screen began to peel up by itself the other night. Was planning to take to my network provider that very next morning, but unfortunately in the morning the LCD screen had a couple of hairline cracks. Blue light flashes. What do I do? The phone won't charge or power on.
