Does the s7 edge have compatibility issues with the sd card inserted in it?

AC Question

Just this day, I had suffered countless freezing of my lockscreen since I got it 3 days ago. I saw a video on youtube saying that it might be the sd card thats causing it. So i removed my kingston 32 gb sd card and the screen freezings have no longer appeared. Did I do right?
