note 3 restarting problem

[AC Question]

I got my note 3 two days ago. everything on it is fine except one problem im having. when i put my my phone in sleep mode (not power off) it will restart the whole phone after about 1 minute.And when i put the phone on charge it restarts and then its fine. I just got this phone new and unlocked and im really worried!! Thanks!

Welcome to the forums. I would suggest an exchange. It sounds like something is wrong with the software, or perhaps the power button is sticking?

I agree with Golfdriver97... return it for exchange. I wasn't aware you could even buy this phone new anymore.
