I'm unable to update my Gmail Inbox or access my Google account settings (e.g. sign in & security, personal info & privacy, account preferences) for any of the Google accounts (3) on my Moto X 2014. This issue only occurs on WiFi - I can update using data.
I ran all the troubleshooting steps recommended by Google, and I'm able to access Gmail from my laptop using the same Wifi network I use on my phone. I'm also able to access all other apps on my phone. The only impacted app seems to be Gmail and the Google account settings.
We recently added a WiFi range extender to the house, but I can't imagine that would impact Gmail. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
