Why is there a message saying

I have a Galaxy S7 Edge and I was just using Youtube normally, until I went to my subscriptions and this message popped up "There is a problem with the network [500]" Now I know my network is fine since my wifi is has full bars. I tried signing out of my account and re-signing in, I restarted my phone multiple times. I uninstalled Youtube and re updated it again, yet none of it seems to work. I went to clear the cache but nothing still worked I just do not know how to fix this, nor do i understand why this happened.

Assuming the 500 is the HTML error code, that is a server-side error.
There is nothing you can do as the problem, whatever it is, is on Youtube's side.

Same for Moto G gn3.
I know it doesn't help but just wanted you to know that it's happening for many phones
