concerned about radiation in Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

[AC Question]

I want to buy the galaxy edge but i`m concerned about the SAR rating value.
in gsmarena site they give the following numbers
SAR US 1.17 W/kg (head) 1.59 W/kg (body)
SAR EU 0.26 W/kg (head) 0.51 W/kg (body)

how can the EU SAR be so low and the US SAR be high for the same phone???

Please help, I`ve not been able to find an answer to this anywhere.

thanks for the reply but regretfully that response did not address my question.
I`m trying to discern whether the s7 edge has high radiation or low. but the EU SAR says it`s a very low radiation phone and the US SAR states its a very high radiation phone.
how can that be? and which is it?
