Why cant i reset my password

[AC Question]

Why do i keep getting err msg that my user nm doesn't exist but when i try creating new acct an use that name it says already exists. ,so then i input my gmail address so i can be sent reset instructions ,an then i get msg saying no such gmail exists. But when i try creating new acct, i get msg rhat my user nm and gmail already exist, and round an round i go pn this cycle. So how do i login?

I guess either contact google or create a new account with a different username.
