Can I safely delete or disable the green guys in my apps list

I want to delete our disable unnecessary apps in my phone. There are a lot of one with the green guy that I don't know how they got there our what they do.

If they have the green guy, they are most likely vital apps, I would've delete...disable though if it will let you.
