Deleted Outlook, but still can't get rid of password protect

A

AC Question

My company decided to change email policies, and when I added my work email to my phone, it made me go to password protect when getting into my phone instead of swipe. So I looked it up on this forum and found that to get the phone back to "swipe", I needed to disable Outlook as an administrator. In fact I disabled all four entries for administrator.

Didn't work, still have password. So looking further, I found to "clear credentials". Problem is, that's grayed out. So what next? How do I get rid of this stupid password when I turn my phone on? It's driving me crazy! Thanks!
