My Droid Turbo by Motorola stuck on No Command

[AC Question]

Updated my phone and now there is this No Command screen. I've opened it up and Wiped the cache, rebooted... basically everything BUT the factory reset. I have quite a bit of files (pics, videos etc) that have not been backed up and would rather not do the factory reset. Is there any other option??

I downloaded the Software Upgrade Assistant (SUA) from Verizon onto my PC, plugged my phone in to my computer, and used that to redo the update. My phone works again!

How did you get the program to recognize your phone? My phone just keeps rebooting and going to the No Command screen.
