I'm very worried my friend won't be able to use the tablet I got for Christmas gift

Oh my gosh I have never done this. I got a great deal for two RCA Voyager Pros. I have been using mine since it's delivered. Last night I want to set up my friends for Christmas gift and it's stuck on Checking info I thought maybe I could fix it on my tablet. I turned it on and it just started doing it too. We have the highest speed Cox has to offer and Verizon wifi. They have been stuck since last night.

Bring them back to where you bought them for help. "Stuck" could mean many different things.

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you reboot them? If they seem frozen, press and hold the Power button for about 10-15 seconds, which should force a shutdown. Then power back on again.

RCA is not known for making reliable high quality devices. If both devices are doing this, you may want to consider exchanging them for better devices from more reliable manufacturers.
