My Note Pro tablet will not charge over 32%

[AC Question]

I bought a new battery but it too will not charge over 32 - 36% there must be something in the tablet that's not correct. I did buy a new charger and line specifically for the tablet. But that did not help. I bought a fast charger which has a little more output, but that did not work.
Does anyone have a suggestion.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you replace the battery yourself, or did you bring it to a repair shop to replace it?
