For the past few months the voicemail notification won't go away even after checking my voicemail. I did a factory reset on my Moto E because of a separate issue and was surprised that upon booting up after the reset the first thing that popped up was the voicemail notification. It hasn't gone away since. I did a full factory reset, Backed up my Data on a PC. I never actually restored my Data because the app wasn't working correctly.. but that's another issue.

    Any ideas what's going on?
