Default camera app missing in my android mobile

Simply do a factory reset( aka master reset). Make sure you backup all your documents before doing that.

To hard reset, follow the below steps:-
1.Turn off the phone, remove the battery for few seconds and put back the battery.
2.Press bth "Volume up" and "Volume down" buttons together & press "Power button"
3.Phone will power on and show two options.
Recovery Mode
Factory Mode
4.Press "Volume keys" to navigate up and down and "Power key" to select. Highlight "Recovery mode" using "volume key" and select using "power key".
5.You'll be taken to another menu and there is an option called "Factory data reset". select it and it will then ask again for confirmation. Select "yes" from that menu and you're done.
