Bluetooth is bluetooth. For the most part, handsfree calling should work. Where things sometimes get iffy is some cars work better with some phones than others when it comes to syncing contacts to the in-dash unit.
Without knowing specifically which vehicle, we can't help you with the Google search needed to find out what phones work best.
