AC Question
Spent 1 1/2 hours on phone in Verizon store with level 3 help. Phone in loop: Samsung s5 on screen for 10 seconds, then black for 2 seconds during which time it vibrates a beep twice, then back to loop screen. Factory reinstall doesn't work (same loop, but with blue verbiage at top stating " recovery booting....". Verizon says it is a software issue with phone and since it is past the 1 year warranty, I need to purchase a new phone. Any help is appreciated.
