power reset/unknown upload mode.

so recently i was on here looking for a solution for my headphone sound not working (by the way, this is on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 or 4)someone have gave me this: "turn unit off, make sure headphones are connected, hold volume up button and power key together, when st sign of power up let go of power button but not the volume up button" so I did it and now it's on 'power reset/unknown upload mode,' any help on how to get out of that mode?
