Keyboard having a mind of its own.........

I have a friend that has been trying to figure out what is going on with his keyboard. on some ocassions it will type out everyhing perfectly and then most of his messages will look exactly like this: hekki I sm goutng ro yajr a salk. O eijj bessfhhy qu when j retin. When this is what he typed it to say: Hello I am going for a walk. I will message you when I return.
I have been trying to troubleshoot the problem and so far there is not one person that knows the answer. Please someone out there HELP!!! LOL... Thank you...

Welcome to the forums. What device and keyboard is your friend using? Have you already tried clearing cache, or even data, for the keyboard app? How many languages are enabled in the keyboard settings?
