is my phone dead?

well yesterday water got into the phone at least i would assume but then the next day the screen was on but i couldn't use the touch screen the like ten minutes later from the corner of my screen a pink?purple color started to appear the like 1 and a half hours later its just absolutely covered in this purple/pink thing.

If it can be fixed at all, it will need a repairer. Even if fixed, the repair may be only temporary since water damage tends to be progressive.
